Beyond the price of the packaging materials there are less obvious factors that impact your finances. One of the biggest factors is the operational time it takes to manage, store, and assemble your packaging – both before and during use.
It may be a different packaging product, or a subtle operational adjustment, is necessary to make your packaging process work more effectively.
Or you may find it better for us to pre-assemble your packaging from component form to complete sets.
The product assembly service is part of the bespoke packaging and stockholding processes. First, we work with you to design the packaging solution to meet your needs.
We coordinate the various components that make up your bespoke packaging solution. We use our extended network of manufacturers and specialists to order the different elements of the packaging, making sure they are the correct materials, and configured to the exact size and shape for your packaging solution.
During product assembly we take these multiple components and fix them together exactly the way they should be. We assemble the packaging by hand, paying attention to detail. This way, the packaging is of a consistently high-quality level, meaning significantly fewer damages, and a reduction in returns.
A stockholding agreement sets the minimum level of finished assembled packaging you would like us to keep on site for you, so that you never run out. This can be managed in three ways: advance planning and scheduled arrangement for us to deliver every 3 or 6 months; Online portal (TAP) for you to call stock in whenever you need it; and, of course, we regularly carry out on-site checks and count the stock, topping up when necessary.
We deliver the pre-assembled packaging to you. To make sure it arrives in perfect condition, your packaging is itself protected by packaging, which we collect the next time we make a delivery to you. Your packaging is all set up and ready to go, so there is no need for staff training on how it should be used. All your team have to do is put your products inside the packaging and close it.
